February was a quieter month
Sure it started in fine form in Hawaii
and involved trips to Detroit and San Antonio but most of it was just doing my
job here in Hampton. And of course plotting my next adventures.
The highlight of this month was undoubtedly meeting Lt Uhura
(Nichelle Nichols), from Star Trek The Original Series, live and in person. She looked
fabulous, was very gracious and autographed my Tribbles video for me.
 Also
a highlight was the first snow fall here for the year. It was only a dusting and
it washed away the next day but the base looked SO pretty.
  I
was also blessed as usual with some lovely sunset views from my front window. Winter is a beautiful
time of year.
